The village of Jevnaker has two closed railway stations. Jevnaker station, which opened in 1909, is situated near the glassworks Hadeland Glassverk — a popular tourist destination in Norway. Randsfjord station opened in 1868 and is situated northeast of the village centre. Even though the old station name sign is still hanging on the wall, this blue building is just a former dwelling house. The first station building burned down as early as 1887.

Styggdal Halt
The rail trail starts on the other side of the crossroads south of Randsfjord station. You get a great view of the river Randselva when you are wandering along the railway corridor. After you have passed under a bridge you will arrive the place where Styggdal halt used to be. Then you will continue in a less densely populated area.

Kistefos Museum
The rail trail ends at Bergermoen Industrial Park. From here the track has not been dismantled, so you must either return back to Jevnaker or turn right uphill if you want to end up at Kistefos Museum and Sculpture Park, which is located only 2.5 kilometres away. When you reach the hilltop, turn left onto the road until it crosses both the Randsfjord Line and E16. The museum is signposted from the petrol station. It was named a "must-see cultural destination" by the New York Times in 2020.
